Bal Sangopan Yojana
The government runs the ‘Bal Sangopan Yojana’ scheme for orphan children under 18 years or children having only one parent. In 2006, Govt. had permitted 40 children and in 2007, it was increased to 110 Children. Under this scheme, every month the central Govt. gives Rs.425/- to the child’s close parent. The nourishment/development of the Child is being observed, its report is given to the District Women, and Child Development officer. To date, over 170 children have benefited from this Scheme through The help of the Organization. A periodic get-together is arranged for the Children and their close parents. Various issues like the benefits of the scheme, the development of the child, and problems regarding it are being discussed in the gettogether.
No Fill Account Opening
According to the guidelines of RBI bank, families which are not having a bank account in the nationalized bank are searched and their accounts are Opened in the Nationalized bank So that the family can come into the MainStream of Banking. The work area for this scheme is Parner, Shrigonda, Rahuri, and Sangamner Tahasils.
Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme
As per the Deputy collector’s order, awareness about this scheme is spread among certain villages. People are motivated by the ‘Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme’. Their registrations for this scheme are made in the Grampanchayat office. Their work is planned, work is measured after that the chart of their work presented in the Grampanchayat office. Remuneration of the people is deposited on their bank accounts. Currently, this scheme is progressive in Karandi village.
Swamini Bachat Gat Gram Swarojgar Nirman Sangh
Through the Rural Development and Research Center Parner, all the Bachat Groups are brought under one roof and named as ‘Swamini Bachat Gat Gram Swarojgar Nirman Sangh, Parner’ and is a Registered. This group was established in 2009-2010 to guide/train the Mahila Bachat Groups and to provide the capital and make the available market for their products.
T.B. Eradication Program
Through this program, a worker of the Organisation Mrs. Pushpa Khose has taken training about it. Up to this day, the villages in Parner Taluka total 12 villages the information is given about T.B. by conducting the Gram Sabha and the information about the govt. Facilities for it are also provided. The organization selected one village and to make it free from T.B. the seminars, free medical check-ups, and supplying Medicines the planning is made.
Rural Development And Research Centre, situated at Parner, in Ahmednagar district was established on 18th July 1989.
